It was held on Monday, May 12, 2014 , the conference “Training for the Future – Youth unemployment in Italy ” organized by Bosch Tec at its headquarters in Via M.A. Colonna in Milan. Very interesting interventions that have taken place in a crowded room with a strong presence of young people. It has mapped out a path that starts from very different points of view but with an absolute convergence in the need to be better prepared, and with a different approach to the working world very different from what Italy has experienced in recent 20 years. The meeting was moderated by dr. Roberto Zecchino Director of Human Resources and Organization Bosch Southern Europe and has seen a succession, after the opening of Bosch Italia CEO Mr. Gerhard Dambach, interventions such as labor law lawyer Mr. Fava and Rotondi, Laura Catana representative of Ashoka, Pasquale Gravina for the sport, the prof. D’Amato (Cattaneo Liuc) , Imperatori (Cattolica Milan) and Ruta (SDA Bocconi) for the academic part and finally the representatives of companies and employment agencies Mr. Picca (Eric Salomon & Partners ) , Mrs Poggio (Bayer ), Mr. Ceresa (Randstad) and Mr. Verna (Assolombarda).
